ConKi Terms of Service

Welcome to ConKi!

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and VibeLink Limited (“ConKi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) that governs your access to and use of the ConKi mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

1. About ConKi

ConKi is a community-based social app centered around circle discovery and connection. With its unique box challenge experience, people can discover interest-based circles and like-minded people through fun challenges. Every participation becomes a natural starting point for conversations, helping people find their own exclusive social circles and meaningful connections.

Through ConKi, you can:

•  Create and personalize their profiles

•  Share photos, posts, and personal moments

•  Participate in photo challenges and respond to prompts

•  Discover and join circles

•  Explore content from the community

•  Connect and communicate with other users

ConKi provides a space for you to explore communities, exchange ideas, participate in discussions, and build meaningful social connections.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use ConKi.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older;

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;

• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and current;

• Your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

If we determine that you do not meet the age requirements or have provided inaccurate information, we may suspend or terminate your account.

3. Account Registration and Security

Features of ConKi require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

•  Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information;

4. User Profiles and Personal Information

ConKi allows users to create profiles that may include:

•  Personality tags

You are responsible for the information displayed on your profile and should only share information that you are comfortable making available to others.

You understand that certain profile information may be visible to other users depending on your privacy settings and the features you use.

5. User Content

ConKi allows users to create, upload, share, and interact with content, including:

•  Photos

•  Posts

•  Challenge responses

•  Profile information

•  Comments

•  Messages

•  Other materials (“User Content”)

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content through ConKi, you grant ConKi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purposes of operating, maintaining, improving, and promoting the Services. And you acknowledge that ConKi may use automated systems, algorithms, and recommendation technologies to personalize your experience, recommend Circles, and improve the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

•  You own or have obtained the necessary rights to share your content;

•  Your content does not violate applicable laws;

•  Your content does not infringe the rights of others.

6. Challenges and Circles

Challenges

ConKi provides challenges that allow users to share photos, responses, and personal moments around different topics.

Challenges are designed to encourage self-expression and meaningful interactions.

You are responsible for ensuring that all challenge submissions comply with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

Circles

Circles are communities built around shared interests, experiences, and identities.

Users may discover, join, and interact with Circles that match their interests.

While ConKi provides tools to create and participate in Circles, we do not guarantee:

•  The activity level of any Circle;

•  The accuracy of content shared by members;

•  The behavior or intentions of individual members.

7. Community Guidelines

ConKi is built around authentic expression, respectful communication, and meaningful connections.

To maintain a safe community, users may not:

Harassment and Harmful Behavior

•  Harass, threaten, intimidate, or target other users;

•  Encourage hatred, discrimination, or violence;

•  Engage in abusive or harmful behavior.

Inappropriate Content

•  Share sexually explicit content or nudity;

•  Upload violent, graphic, or disturbing material;

•  Promote illegal activities or dangerous behavior.

Misleading or Abusive Behavior

•  Create fake identities;

•  Impersonate others;

•  Engage in scams, spam, manipulation, or deceptive practices.

Privacy Violations

•  Share another person’s private information without permission;

•  Upload private conversations, images, or personal content without consent.

We may remove content or restrict access to features when necessary to protect the community and enforce these Terms.

8. User Interactions

ConKi provides tools that allow you to participate in communities, interact with members, and communicate through shared interests and activities.

Some interactions may begin through:

•  Shared challenges;

•  Similar interests;

•  Circle participation;

•  Community discussions.

While we aim to create a positive environment, ConKi does not control or guarantee:

•  The identity of users;

•  The accuracy of user information;

•  The behavior, intentions, or actions of other users.

You are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment when interacting with others online or offline.

9. Reporting and Safety

We encourage users to report content or behavior that may violate these Terms or Community Guidelines.

You may report:

•  Fake accounts;
